What is Studio BE?
Studio BE is a wellness centered judgment free studio space with a focus on empowered living and BE-ing what you would like to see in the world.
Our target is to offer and host classes, events and clinics that support and encourage mental, emotional and physical well-being, happiness, inclusivity and personal empowerment.
Studio BE has no religious or political agenda nor creed.
Our mission: BE the change we would like to see in the world.
We would like to see a world where each individuals beauty, unique gifts & difference is celebrated, encouraged and nurtured. Where diversity is seen as the gift it is and greater awareness, empowerment, freedom of self expression and personal sovereignty are valued and supported.
We accomplish this through ongoing wellness events & classes, generosity effect local networking group, as well as giving back with free monthly stress-relief clinics available to our local first responders, veterans, those in recovery and their families. In the future we would like add a free clinic for youth.

Would you like to offer a class or event in Napa Valley?
Studio BE is a 1200sqft open studio space in downtown Napa just 2 blocks from the busy First street hotels, restaurants, shopping and tasting rooms, with plenty of free parking just 1 block away. This rate includes the use of 15+ folding chairs, yoga mats & bolsters, high speed internet, 8 zero gravity chairs, 4 massage tables with sheets & pillows, mini fridge, intimate seating area for 4, and 6ft folding table are included in this studio rental.
*Coffee and tea is included up to 25 people.
In addition, your event will be listed on the Studio BE website upcoming events & classes, added to the monthly newsletter sent to our list and marketed on the Studio BE social media platforms.
The funds for this studio space pre-purchase will go directly to the opening of Studio BE & contribute to supporting the monthly FREE Access Bars stress relief clinics for 12 months.
