Class schedule:

Sept 14thThursday evening: 5-8pm

Sept 15th-17th Friday-Sunday  10am-4pm

Additional parts of weekend:

-daily movement Fri-Sun  ie. yoga, dance/movement, or guided meditation, creation exercises and creating a morning ritual with tools from the Foundation class for ease after class.

-integrative sound bath and group symphony taster (energtic process developed by Dr. Dain Heer, co-creator of Access Consciousness and developer of Energetic Synthsis of Being and Symphony of Possibilities)
