About the Event

Instead of a New Year’s resolution for 2024, what if you gave yourself an intention with purpose? 

This is a self-reflection journaling class, with a short yoga and meditation portion requiring no experience. We will each go through the journey of reflecting on the year behind us, and focusing on the year ahead, leaving with an intention and mantra for 2024, through our journaling. 

At the end of this class, you will have your “word of the year” as a northern star to guide you forward on your unique path. There is no requirement to share, but this is an opportunity to connect with others and notice our shared patterns, hopes, and struggles. 

This tradition has absolutely helped me on my healing journey, and is a loving reminder to stay on the right path throughout the year. 

Is your word surrender?  Strength?  Soften? 

Something else? Find out.

Please bring a journal or multiple sheets of paper, a pen and a highlighter (or another pen in a different color). 

You will also need a yoga mat, blanket, and cozy clothes.
