About the Event

This Wednesday November 2nd, we. honor All Souls' Day | Día de los Muertos.

Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a celebration of life and death. While the holiday originated in Mexico, it is celebrated all over Latin America

As is tradition, I will have an alter set up where you can place a picture or small item in honor and rememberance of your loved one/s.

*Feel free to bring pictures or small items to place on the alter.

What are sound baths good for?

Sound restores our vibration to a state of harmony. And there is research to back it up. A recent study published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine found that hour-long sound meditations help to reduce tension, anger, anxiety, and increase spiritual well-being in adults.
